--Keg at Akkurat, Stockholm. -- Clear golden, mid sized head. Intense floral hop aroma. Mid sweet with light to medium body and soft mouthfeel. Creamy malt, honey and floral grass. Mid bitter finish.

Bottle: “Golden”, hazy to cloudy, stable white foamy layer, sweetish fruity/yeasty aroma with traces of - not herbal (!) - spicy flowery hops; mild to moderate sweetish-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, a bit fizzy; lingering drier and “hoppier” fruity-grainy finish. A spicy “Helles”, that tastes like a Kellerbier…

50cl bottle. A clear yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of pale malt, grains and spicy hops. Taste of spicy hops, pale malt, sharp grainy finish.

Bottle. Hazy yellow, low head. Light sour grain nose, Medium light mellow body, light juicibness, a hint tart, light earthy hop and light singed hay notes - less smoky than I expected.

Nothhaft Feuertrunk, Flasche von Edeka Legat, Waldsassen. - Orangegold, klar (die Hefe hat sich am Flaschenboden abgesetzt). - In der Nase sattes, schön gerstiges und leicht karamelliges helles Malz, zart rauchig, gedämpfte krautige Hopfenherbe. - Antrunk gerstig und mild karamelmalzig mit leichter orangenfruchtiger Herbe. Etwas strohig, zart süßsauer. Milder rezent, vollmundig, trocken. Im Abgang trockene hopfenwürzig-krautige Herbe mit Orangenschale. - Interessantes Bier, kerniger und ruppiger als andere Exportbiere. Ein Bier für die Feuerwehr: ideal zum schnellen Durstlöschen und zum Feiern nach dem Einsatz. (13.9.2019.)
