Getrunken als Brau-Manufactur Allgaeu Alpen-Hell. Hell gelbe Farbe. Deutliche Trübung. Würde ich eigentlich eher als Zwickl / Kellerbier und nicht als Helles einstufen. Aromatisch, fruchtiger Geruch. Herb fruchtig der Geschmack, für ein Helles recht deutlich bittere Nuancen. Etwas Malz. Florale, krautige Noten. Alles nicht so ganz rund, trotzdem durchaus noch genussvoll zu trinken.

50cl bottle. A clear yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of mild tart pale malt, grains, spicy hops. Taste of dry spicy hops, grains, straw, long spicy bitter finish.

500ml bottle outside a Turkish shop in Berlin on Sunday 5th Aug 2018. Bog standard Helles; clean, clear and bright golden body, short lived white crown. Decent blend of light malts and mild hops give a refreshing if not challenging beer. Ideal for sitting in the sunshine people watching, which is how I drank it.
