A Fruity Gose in collaboration with Doskiwis, dark magenta colour and a pink foam. Sweet and fruity with an interesting and subtle touch of vanilla. Silky and refreshing, with fruity flavours that come from the dry fruiting of cranberries, red cranberries and the delicacy of vanilla that are balanced with the salt point and lactic acid typical of its style. Evokes nuances of red fruit cake, cheesecake and white chocolate.

Tap at Ufficio Reclami, Caserta, Italy. Pours red/light plum, with a thin head of white foam. Aroma is of berries, maybe even a little grapes. Body is average, with good carbonation. Nice astringency. Taste is markedly sour more than sapid. Final is average in length, with some vanilla and salivation generated.

Can. Pours a hazy peach with a ruby hue and a large pink head that dissipates quickly and nearly completely. Aroma has sweet cranberry with a light tartness and a creamy sweet grain backbone. Flavor has the same sweet cranberry with light vanilla and a bit of sweet wheat backing.

Draft @ Dos Kiwis taproom.
