Tap in a Sampler. Dark golden, offwhite cream. Pleasant citrus and stonefruit notes, over light dusty malt. Medium mellow body. not overly hoppy by today's standards, but pleasant enough.

330ml bottle. Clear, amber colour with small, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity hoppy and caramel malty aroma, notes of orchard fruit, apple, quince, unripe berries, a cautious touch of pine and citrus fruit. Taste is slightly dry, fruity hoppy and caramel malty, notes of red, green and yellow apple, a leafy touch, minimally doughy yeasty finish with a touch of mealy apple. Watery texture, soft to flat carbonation. Quite apple juice-like.

Draught @ Genusswerk, Flensburg. Pours clear darkish golden with stable off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with hoppy and fruity touches. Bitter flavour of hops and grass, with sweetish notes of malt and yeast and touches of bread and caramel. Bitter and estery aftertaste with malty touches. Reasonable but a little watery and not C-hoppy enough.
