Thor Is My Co-Pilot is the first in a series of Lactose Double IPAs. Brewed with loads of milk sugar and CTZ, Citra, Mosaic & Simcoe hops, it's got a juicy, fruity, citrusy hop character and then a slightly sweet, creamy finish.

Tap. Opaque yellow color with white head. Aroma is big lactose, vanilla, perfumey hops. Taste is the same, a bit strawy, sweet body. Oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Not for me.

Panda at home, thanks to the Wingmane, 23/03/23. Murky orange with a good sized just off white cap. Nose is orange zest, punchy tropical fruits, ripe melon, grapefruit, grass, pine needle. Taste comprises bitter sweet tropical fruit esters, hint lactic, orange zest, papaya, mango flesh, hop spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come resinous hop bitterness allied to a balanced rising boost. Tidy DIPA.

20th March 2023. Monthly Beer Share, Chez Sophie in Shrewsbury; five guys who love beer and talk bollox while drinking. Cheers Simon for the US 16oz can of this. Poured a cloudy light god with a white head. Strange lemony sweet and sour flavour and I didn't really like the lactose like body feel.

Tall can @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, March 23. Thanks Simon for procuring this one. Misty pale yellow complexion with a solid white head. Good milky exotics provide the bulk of the beers character with lactose helping things long.. lovely smooth palate, nice drinkability.

Pours a hazy, lemon-banana yellow, with minimal head. Aroma is a rather muted blend of citrus and tropical fruits. Flavor is more pronounced, along with a moderate level of hop bitterness in the finish. Soft, smooth mouthfeel.

Pint can from Niemuth's, 1/24/21. Murky orange, fizzy tan head, poor retention. Looks meh. Aroma of lactose, melon, dank, nuts. Taste is vanilla, lactose, grapefruit, melon. Medium bodied, low bitterness. Decent but kinda boring.
