750ml bottle. Pours hazy red with a small pink head. Aroma is red berries, red apples, wild note. Taste medium sweet, red berries and apples. Light tart finish.

Bottle sampled at CiderCider. Clear dark pink with almost no head. Sweet apple, light berries, raspberries, sugary, soft tart lemon and grapefruit. Over medium sweet and just medium sour. Soft bitterness. Over medium bodied with light and fizzy carbonation. Nice.

[9/25/16] Bottle sample at Borefts After Festival 2016 in Rotterdam. Pinkish red. Nice apples aroma. Sweet and slightly tart flavor with apples and a bit of cherry. Very nice and refreshing.

750 ml. bottle sampled @ “Kaapse Brouwers 1st Anniversary Beer Festival”. Made from red apples with 1 % of cherries & raspberry juice added for colour replicate the colour of red apple juice that is lost during fermentation. Looks a touch watery, light reddish hue indeed. Nose is sweet apple, sugar, apple juice & light cherry. Taste is sweet, apple juice & sugar with light sweet cherry, faint candy,…. Lightly sparkling. Very simple & sweet but very refreshing and fun. A simple treat.
