The fresh fruitiness of apples combines with the heavy citrus zest of elderflowers to give a unique aroma and warm caramel colour. We spike our base farmhouse cider with real elderflowers; their pungent astringency bestows a rich, complex flavour laced with fruit notes. Classic pear esters underpin subtle floral sweetness.

I kind of like this cider. The elderflower comes through very nicely especially in the aroma. Carbonation is slightly soft. Flavor is not too sweet not too dry you can taste the tea but it’s not overwhelming everything is actually fairly well-balanced. Quite drinkable and good.

Bottle @ Albion. Clear golden color, sweet taste, very strong floral aroma, very tasty but too strong on flavor.

Keg at Heidrun, 24/12/16. Light golden with a head of collapsing white bubbles. Nose is sweet apple, light floral notes, straw, apple skins. Taste comprises sweet apple sauce, hint of elderflower, straw, grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Ok.

Bottle, small stable bubbly head, clear deepish yellow color, aroma and flavor of apples and winey unoaked chardonnay notes and some flowers, a bit too sweet and heavy. Interesting

Very nice sweet/light tart apples; lemon/honey; herbal/floral tea/light spice. Sweet balanced finish, light carb. Very drinkable and robust.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max’s place. Thanks zvsn. Clear yellow. Aroma of apples and citric elderflower. Sweet flavor with a light tart hint, with apples, elderflower, citrus. Refreshing.

330ml bottle from Great Grog, over ice. Pours clear gold, no head. Aromas are light floral, light apple. Taste is sweet. Sticky finish.
