1/III/13 - 75cl bottle from Willems or De Bierloods (don't remember) @ home - BB: VII/2013 (2013-205)

Little cloudy pale yellow to light beige beer, small off-white head, irregular, unstable. Aroma: bit sourish, jam, elder flowers, ripe to overripe fruits, bit spicy, sour. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty sweet, sugary start, very itric acidity (added?), elder flowers, somewhat bitter, more sugar. Aftertaste: sweet and sour, elder syrup, overripe fruits, green banana peel. Meh, not so great...

Bottle, 75cl corked. A small, dense, white head forms over a llightly unclear pale golden head. Rather dusty aroma, fruity and flowery, the elderflowers shining through. Quite dry on the palate, thin and low on carbonation. The flavor too has elderflowers dominating. it’s sweetish, with some lemon and white sugar. Pale malts in the back. Lacking a bit on bitterness I think. Anyway, it’s a slightly messy one, but sure drinkable. 130215

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a hazy yellow with a white head. Yeasty, fruity nose. Medium body, rather heavy carbonation, sweet apples yet ends fairly sour. An odd brew. 150213
