Nocturn Chrysalis is our barrel-aged wild ale refermented with blackberries. As always, it's super jammy and delicious thanks to the enormous ratio of blackberries we use in the refermentation as well as the singular beauty of wild fermentation.

From tap at BeerTemple, Amsterdam. Aroma is tart red and dark berries with plenty of blackberries, oak, some vanilla from the barrel. Lovely fruitiness, hint of funk. Nicely sour taste, a little sweetness. Body is medium. Good oak character, lots of berries.
