Bottiglia. Un arco olfattivo dominato dal luppolo. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata, permanendo in maniera sufficiente. Il mantello birroso superiore ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage, con carbonazione allegra e vivace. Il colore è giallo dorato carico. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è deciso. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Il tetto della bocca riconosce impressioni di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, agrumi, pompelmo rosa e arancia amara.

Bottled. Hazy orangeish golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Arom ais pine, spruce, some coffeeish tones with mild sweet malts too. Flavour is pine, spruce, some berries, mild bready and sweet malts with some herbal tones too.

Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As Elav Humulus (King Of The Stone Ale) ].ABV: 5.9%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, flowers, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity hops, pale malt, fruity malt, citrus, fruity, peppery hops, medium dry. IMO: A malty IPA. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20171129] 7-3-7-3-15

Bottle from Terre de Boissons Calais and drunk at home. Dark brown beer lasting tan head. Chocolate lime aroma. Chocolate on mouth some roast. Well it’s a black ipa. As one its ok Elav produce decent beers. Typicl chocolate lime flavour with a black ipa. A little light in the malt which has some good dark tar choc flavour. Ok .

330ml bottle. Moderately cloudy, amber colour with small to average, forthy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Fruity and slightly leafy, hoppy aroma, notes of gooseberry, grapes. Taste is caramel malty, fruity, herbal-spicy and minimally leafy hoppy overtones of moderate bitterness, hints of woodruff and mint, a touch of gooseberry, (green) lemon tea, a sugary touch of granulated, soluble lemon tea.

Hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and finely crisp. Light pale malts, touch of sweetness. Modest hops, a little woody citrus. Dry and bitterish floralness. Light semi dry finish. Tastes old despite having 15 months grace on the BBE.

A quite light yellow beer, a head is almost medium and blond. Aroma has fruitness and some overriped fruits, some citrusfruits and honeydew. Taste has sweet mandarin, some caramel and citrusfruits. Medium bodied, medium carbonation. Unique flavours but not very succesfully. Too mild bitterness.
