Nuclear Hophead stands out for its balance between malt and hops. Easy to drink, it already shows its American hop profile on the nose: tropical fruit, grapefruit and pine. In the mouth it stands out for its firm and resinous bitterness, but not dominant, following the perception found on the nose, with a resinous and dry, but light final nuance. An American-style IPA.

Ambar, turbia, sucia. Espuma abundante pero muy jabonosa y que desaparece pronto. Aroma seco y terroso. En boca es bastante amarga y seca, con lúpulos que aportan carácter terroso y herbal y alguna nota frutal que recuerda melocotón. Diferente.

Bottle from Terre de Boissons Calais and drunk at home. Hazy dark amber lasting cream head. Flowery hop flower aroma. Which is fresh and rather attractive. Like the Siberian Coast before it, there is some toffee sweetness in the mouth. It’s decent. Still a little bit of chalkiness somewhere. It’s not perfect. It’s got the right ideas and most of the right flavours, but just needs to round off a few rough edges. Becomes astringent harsh and too chalky.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy amber with a creamy and lacing off-white. Discreet peachy aroma. Medium body, a light fruitiness and a rather bitter finish. Nothing much more to it. 020615

Bottled. An unclear amber beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of citrusy hops and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, over ripe fruits, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.
