First of all: This brew smells wonderful. Aroma of fruits, citrus, pine, resin, grapefruit peel, hops. Flavour is fruity and resinous, light sweet, with a good bitter finish. Body is thick and full. Quite tasty and memorable DIPA.

Can picked up from Beer Republic Webshop, Berkel-Enschot, Netherlands and consumed at Wohnmobilstellplatz, Salzburg, Saturday 2nd November 2024 listening to the new album from the Cure - Songs from a Lost World. Pours a hazy light to mid gold with a mid sized white head. Nice mouthfeel, sweet but also with a slow build bitterness, resinous and punchy. Good, v.good.

19.2 ounce can from the local Kwik Trip (which, I know, doesn’t really narrow it down in WI). 4/3/23. Yes, Kwik Trip is our 7-11 or Circle K. Fucking everywhere. Every now and then some Kwik Trip fried chicken and some 19.2 ounce DIPA cans for $2.79 really hits the spot. And by now and then I mean way too often. And it is legit fried chicken. Gold, very slight haze. Large pillowy beige head, good retention. Aroma of floral, leafy hop, earth, lime. Taste is melon, earth, lime, dank, resin. Juicy, low bitterness. Booze hidden well enough. Nice.

Bottle 650ml @ Sommerhuset
Pours hazy deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, citrus, orange and alcohol. Taste is medium to heavy sweet and medium to heavy bitter with a long warm, malty, caramel, citrus and orange finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle - clear gold - resinous and citric nose - flavor has a ton of fused alcohol flavor and strongly abrasive bitterness - harsh and difficult to enjoy.

From a bomber. Pours a clear copper with a thick off white head. Aroma of pine and citrus. Intensely bitter, in a classic West Coast IPA sort of way. Tasty too.
