Bottiglia. Arco olfattivo dominato da liquirizia, orzo tostato e caffè. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera normale e l'esistenza olfattiva. Il cappello di schiuma è destinato a vita breve. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine. Il colore è come l'inchiostro nero. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è di media potenza. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Al palato prevalgono impressioni di caramello, miele, caffè, liquirizia e pane tostato.

Can from a Danish supermarket. Aroma is dark roasted malt, dark chocolate, some coffee, touch of tobacco and liquorice. Flavour is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Body is a bit above medium. Pretty good, much better than I expected from a relatively cheap canned supermarket acquisition.

Backlog June 2010. Dark brown body, almost black under a fast-disappearing beige head. Aroma of malt and licorices. Taste is roasted, dark malt, licorices, coffee and hint of chocolate. Medium body with average aftertaste. Decent.

Black pour with a medium beige head that recedes steadily into a film. Small patches of lace. Aroma of malt, chocolate and coffee. Medium body with flavors of roast malt, chocolate and earthy coffee. The finish is roasty with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.

Can thanks to Lars - pours black with a medium tan head and lacing. Sweet dark roasted malty with some notes of cocoa, caramel, some liquorice, semi burnt brown sugar, earthy charred malt, medium plus body, just a slight metallic undertone, but overall not as bad as expected. Ok

330ml bottle found in St. Kitt's. Pours with good beige foam and a blackish brown body. Smells of dark bread with a hint of molasses and tin. Flavour is chewy coffee, slightly fake, but not overhwhelmingly so. Mouthfeel is a little thin but the abv is well hidden. Not a bad macro stout, no depth but drinkable.
