Admin Note: In December 2013 Jester King began brewing this beer using indigenous wild yeast and souring bacteria. Bottles released from Batch 6 through 2021 should be rated under the Farmhouse entry. In 2022, Jester King returned to the original version of Commercial Suicide brewed with traditional English yeast and started canning.

From tap at Oersoep Craft Beer Festival, Nijmegen. Batch #8 with an ABV of 2.9%. Aroma of bready malt, oak, caramel, balsamic vinegar. Flavour is moderate to medium sour. Okay beer, not really a fan. A bit thin and flat.

16oz can from Tavour. Dark brown pour, beige head is short lived. Rich, roasty aroma with notes of chocolate. Taste is roasty, adequate bitterness, dark chocolate. A bit dry at the finish with lingering bitterness. Wonderful!

A red copper ale with a thick frothy lacing mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with butterscotch, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, sweet caramel malt with light grassy hops, treacle, light butterscotch, OK. On tap at L'autre oeil.

Tap at Dig the Line. Dark brown with just a bit of place. Nutty, grassy nose caramel and bready malts. Very dry finish. Somewhat grassy, hay-like Jester King touch. Interesting.

Draught @ Panema, Helsinki. Malty, smooth and slightly roasty with some hints of sourness, oak, licorice, rye and coffee. Interesting, quite untypical mild

Keg at tilt. A Hazey nut brown coloured pour with a a sticky apple granny smith, beige head. Aroma is nut brown bread, rye, tangy, sour, lemon. Flavour is earthy nutty brown coloured pour, plum grape, woody, grains,. Palate is semi sweet, tangy, spicy sour. Tangy.
