Keg at Red Nose Pub Kosice, 08/06/23. Clear golden with a decent lasting white cap. Nose is pale and bready malts, grains, herb, cereals. Taste comprises bready malts, grass, lemon rind, hedgerow, straw, biscuit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent enough Pils.

Tap. Golden, cear, lush white foam. Aroma: malty, diacetyl, spicy-herbaceous hops, candy. Malty taste, candy, cookies, a little diacetyl, medium bitterness, Czech hops, not the most outstanding 11.

Barva zlatava. Pena stredne vysoka a celkem trvanliva. Vune sladova, trochu bylinek ci co. Chut sladova, telo stredne plne. Horkost stredni. Dojezd sladovy, trochu nejakej karamel jako u jezka tam citim, ale ne upatlany. Trochu pripomina ferdinanda, ve sladovejsi podobe.

I've had it before, but I'm only now testing this 11. The bottle label is puritanical, but the brand is well recognizable. Light amber color, nice and clean, a thin white foam remains, quite large when filled. The aroma is malty and sweet, not really intense, but it doesn't need to be. This bottle was weakly carbonated, which could also be due to storage. In addition to the malt base, there was also a strange yeastiness, and only then did the pilsner bitters arrive, not really. It's not outstanding in its category, in fact... it was waterier than expected and there was something musty about it, unfortunately.

Korábban már ittam, de csak most tesztelem ezt a 11-est. Üveg címkéje puritán, de a márka jól felismerhető. Világos borostyán szín, szép tiszta, vékony fehér hab marad is, kitöltéskor jó nagy. Illata malátás édeskés, nem igazán intenzív, de nem is kell neki. Gyengén volt szénsavazva ez a palack, tárolásból is adódhatott ez. Malátás alap mellett furcsa élesztősség is volt, majd csak ezután érkezett a pilseni-s keserű, az sem igazán. Kategóriájában nem kiemelkedő, sőt... vizesebb is volt a vártnál és valami dohos furcsaság volt benne sajnos.
