75 cl. bottle sampled @ Modeste 2014. Clear amber orange, creamy white head. Smell is cheap Calvados, thick yeast, esters, white sugar, thick yeast, strong boozy Calvados / BE-yeast. Taste is dull thick milky yoghurt yeast with thick cheap Calvados on top with no mix, white sugar, yoghurt, sweet thick white bread, dull esters. Yeasty, thin carb. Bit thin / light feel for it. Dull thick yoghurt, esters BE-brew mixed with Calvados feel to it. I’m not a fan all of this one.
