Flaska från Demolknbeershop. Wn lätt syrlig lite bärig is med en lätt rökig touch. Bigarråer, mörka plommon, björnbär, kanske lite chutney, aska, träkol, lite rökta charkuterier. Annorlunda men gott.

Bottle shared. Very very dark brown with some little things floating around and small dark beige head. Smoked meats, ham, caramel, smoked honey coated meat with some oil and Indian spices, honey, sweet malts, light milk chocolate, soft herbs. Quite sweet with light bitter finish that’s a bit overpowered by the smoke. Full bodied with sticky feel. I’m not a fan of smoked beers, but this is quite nice.

Bottle 330ml. [ As De Molen / Hof ten Dormaal Vallen & Opstaan ].Clear dark brown color with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dark malt, meat, smoke, light chocolate. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, chocolate, dark malt, smoke, meat, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150816]

schenkt zeer donker en ondoorzichtig rood/bruin met fijne bruine/kaki kraag. aroma van chocolade, zoet, rookmout, vol en stevig. Pours so dark a shade of brown that you could say it’s black. Huge tan head. Aroma is smoked ham, bacon, campfire cinders. Taste is soft, creamy, with refreshing sourness that balances the great bitterness. A little simple on the nose, but overall a nice smoked stout.

Negra opaca. Espuma beige. Aroma potente, ahumado, tostado, recuerdo ligero tipico a caucho. Excelente en boca, de textura suave, disimulando extraordinariamente bien mas de 9 grados de alcohol !! Sabor muy equilibrado, notas ahumadas, notas dulces, vainilla, cacao. Amagor perfecto. Cuerpo moderado. Gas escaso. Excelente.
