Bottled. A hazy golden beer with yellow head. The aroma has notes of malt, fruits, and straw. The favor is sweet with notes of fruits, straw, and raspberries, leading to a bitter finish.

31 cl bottle. Pours hazy yellow to orange with a small white head. Strawberry. Sweet and citric fruity. Mild citric and smooth fruity crisp. Lingering fruity finish.

Shared with Kraddel. 310 ml. bottle / drank half @ “Land van de zatte apen” tasting. Obtained in a trade with Marlos. BBF 11/2016. Hazy orange, creamy white. Smell is heavy on lactic, spoiled yoghurt, spoiled raspberry yoghurt, hay, lactic,… very Berliner Weisse like nose. Taste is fizzy mineral, yoghurt, hay, strongly lactic, mineral, aftertaste carries brief sweet raspberry,… Lighter lactic body. This is way closer to a decent Berliner Weisse than anything that I would call a saison. Not bad but I am picky when it comes to Berliner Weisse.

Pours unclear yellow. Small white head. Smell is raspberry, but with a sharp , funky back thats reminds of a Gose. Taste is Very sharp, clearly overcarbonated. Raspberry’s , perhaps a bit weak, but nice in profile ( not sweet nor sour, just natural and dry raspberry ) . Bit sweet finish but no clear hints of sugar.
