Colomba is brewed with a mixture of barly malt and wheat malt. Its unique scent comes from the infusion of a blend of herbs and spices in the hop tank. Unfiltered, the beer is naturally cloudy. Colmba has a beautiful fresh straw colour and a persistant blooming white foam.

In einer Bar in Caen, Frankreich. Leicht trübes helles Gelb, wenig Schaum. Aroma: Leicht malzig. Frucht, Zitrone, Weizen. Recht süß im Geschmack für den Stil. Zitrone, ein wenig Melone, Gewürze.

Bottle, found in a drink shop in Losser. Pale blonde, cloudy. Soft herbal, grassy peppery citric aroma. Sweetish flavor, citric and peppery with hints of coreander. Herbal citric aftertaste.

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

17/12/2018 @home - 33cl bottle from a trade with jerre. Cloudy light yellow, big white head. Nose is low wheat, banana, sweetness. Taste is wheat, low lemon, some banana, sweet. Strange one.

F: medium, egg-white, average retention. C: gold, hazy. A: malty, bit wheat, strange fruity, bit herbal. T: malty, wheat, herbal-fruity, aroma is not good but taste with herbal tones ok for me, bit spicy, bit mint, medium body and higher carbonation, 0,5l can from E-Leclerc supermarket in Pierry, France.
