Das Bier für die fünfte Jahreszeit. Mit viel Elan und guter Laune eingebraut. Etwas malzintensiver, leichte Karamellnuancen, aber mit erkennbarer Hopfennote. Süffig. Jeck.

Bottle from Gabriel - Cheers 🍻🍻🤟🤟
Large foamy brilliant white head on clear pale amber coloured body.
Dusty, malt & biscuit aroma.
Medium bodied, smooth cloying & sticky.
Malt, sugar, honey, old hops & biscuit tastes with a hint of bitterness on the finish.
So lacking in any hops but easy enough to drink.

0,33 l swing top bottle from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! BB 07/2025. Clear golden in the glass, more than one finger white foamy head. Dry grainy aroma. Malt in the background. Taste ist more on the dry malt side, grainy on the second stage with cereales. Soft bitterness. Below average carbonated. Okay.

330ml bottle. Opalescent, yellow-ish, golden colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally grainy, pale malty and minimally floral, soapy, hoppy aroma, a touch of honey and cereals. Taste is pale and minimally caramel malty with subtle residual sweetness, a touch of cereals, honey, mildly bitter, minimally soapy, hoppy overtones.
Oily-watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally greasy, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation.
Simple, monotonous - boring.

0.33 l bottle from 'Trinkgut Knurra', best before June 2024. Clear, golden with a thin, slightly fluffy, slowly diminishing, white head. Slightly sweetish, moderately floral aroma of grains, straw, hints of honey and traces of lemon peel. Slightly sweet, quite dry, moderately bitter and a bit floral taste of grains, straw and a touch of honey, followed by a short, gently bitter, dry finish. Medium body, quite effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Bland.

Bottle. Clear amber/orange featuring a decent white head. Aroma of malts, honey and faint hints of citrus fruits. Taste of malts, caramel, honey, lemons and some herbs. Moderate bitterness. Medium carbonation. It’s süffig alright. I was surprised there wasn’t more of an Altbier vibe.
