BB Feb 2018. This one was too old, got a bit dusty. Still very drinkable, but definitely don't age them longer. Hint of oxidation, but also a very nice and creamy stout. Tons of red wine, tannins and wood. Too old, so no rating, would have been 4ish.

A deep brown stout with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet ground cherry with light corky notes, light Brett, light lactic notes, nice and woody. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, light licorice and molasses, alcohol warmth, very nice and complex. Bottle from Bièropholie. OttBottShare March 2017.

Tap at Damian. Very intense and rich whirlwind of flavours. Lots of coffee, roast, sourness, dark fruits, prune. Also winey tartness and general woodiness. Lightly lactic. Sipper. Great beer but demanding.
