Clear golden colour, white head. Aroma of hops, banana, yeast, malts and straw. Bitter hoppy flavour, straw and saison yeast. Finish straw, yeast and hops. Nice!

Fonefan 280215. Golden-orange colour with an off-white head. Flavour is is citrus, brett, yeast, pine, grapefruit, peaches. Nice beer.

Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is fresh grassy, leafs, fresh hops, citrus peel, moss, lawn, citrus, yeast, light malts. Taste is fresh and dry, leafs, lawn, yeast, fresh hops, citrus peel, moss, citrus, bark, light malts. Longlasting bitterness, dry mouthfeel. Very nice and refreshing.

Bottle 500ml. @ Carnival Tasting 2015, Denmark. [ As HaandBryggeriet Hoppy Saison ].Light unclear medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate hoppy, citrus, lemon, moderate yeasty, herbs. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, citrus - lime, herbs, yeast, hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150228]

Bottled@fonefan. Hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, mild catpissy notes along with some farmyard and dry wooden notes. Flavour is fruity, floral, some sweet malts along with mild earthy, herbal and slightly tart and wooden notes.

@ ACBF 2015. Yellow cloudy, white foam. Medium carbonation. Bitter and dry saison, some tart notes. Notes of grains and spices. Not my favourite saison.

Draft sample @ ACBF’15. Dorée, sur un léger trouble, col fin blanc. Arôme est fruité, amertume houblonnée perce en rétro avec de belles effluves d’agrumes. Palais est légèrement houblonné, plein de notes agrumes, notamment de citron, citron vert. Effervescence moyenne, et un malt de caractère pis, pâle.

Hazy yellow, small pour, grassy hay-like aroma, taste is similar but with a good orange and leave-like bitterness. Great mouthfeel. would like to have this one fresh from the source.

From tap. Pours hazy yellow with a huge, creamy and white head. Aroma is peachy and slight citrusy hoppy. Crisp hoppy. Estery and smooth fruity. Light spiced. Dry and bitter, yet fruity finish.

Draught Medium white head over fully hazy yellow beer. Fresh C-hops and garden herbs. Dry grainy ànd hoppy flavour. Not really C-hops, here, but noble all the same. Light to medium bodied, well-carbonated. Nice, nothing more.
