During a prolonged maturation of almost four years the Lambic on Foeder 21 went through a madeirisation process. This Lambic is blended with Lambics of two other foeders of the same origin, all used for white wine in the past, creates a unique tasting experience.

Bottle 0.375l, bottled 15.2.2019. Clear, gold orange colored. AROMA- apple, apricot, sorrel, wet wood, funky, flowery - roses, soapy. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, medium sourness, lightly bitter and tart, apple, apricot, funky, sorrel, white muscatel grapes. Medium to fuller bodied.

Mail order from belgianstyleales.com/monastery greetings. 2019 version. Appearances are very short lived fizzy head on top of the clear honey amber liquid. Aromas are vinegary honey, malt, fruit, oak and a little spice. Flavors are similar to nose, just enough sweet to balance and barest hint of funk. Just right carbonation and the body. Refreshing and satisfying. Good beer.
