Pours dark amber clear. Scent is mild, buttery applesauce. Caramel. Taste is full, sweet, intense, applesauce. Tannic, medium acidity. Full flavored. Not super unique but as always enjoyable.

Clear amber to reddish cider, no head. Aroma: lots of fresh sour apples, bit sweet, oxidative notes, some honey, slightly buttery. MF: no carbon, medium body. Taste: nice acidity, citrus, very fruity, bit sugary, lots of fruit acid, very light and drinkable, nice and refreshing. Aftertaste: apple juice, bit sugary, nice acidity, citric acid, soft alcohol burn, lots of apples, apple juice, sourish finish, very drinkable, very nice!

Bottle from SB. Dark golden, clear. Spicy apple pie, calvados notes, touch of oxidation, raisins, vanilla. Intense, fruity. Touch of wet ground and molten leaves. Fantastic!

Appearance: Dark golden colour with no head.
Aroma: Apples, fruit, spices.
Body: Medium body, low carbonation.
Flavour: Apples, vanilla, fruit, spices, vanilla.

2015 bottle, many thanks Nische! Deep amber color with no head. Aroma is deep red apples, wood, caramel, gummy bears. Taste is wood, caramel, lots of tannins, super tanninic, but not too much, balance is there. Ripe stuff, not so much oxidization. Dry woody finish. Oily mouthfeel, flat. Incredible stuff!
