Aroma: Oak, fruity and a bit sherryish.
Palate: Medium + body. Slightly sweet and a fine balanced sourness. Soft carbonation. Oily texture.
Taste: Fruity, sour, oak and some vinegar. Very well hidden alcohol.
Overall impression: Lovely rare ale.
