Can. Golden amber with a brief white head. Aroma of crackers, pepper and jammy/ grapey gin. Shiraz flavoured and coloured gin is a thing here at the moment. Not that light bodied. Carbonation is a bit low for this sort of thing. A taste has the gin up front but the beer is funkier than reckoned from the aroma. Funky cracker dough, apricot stones, gin, then plenty of oak. I'd have guessed much more potent than 4.4%. I would have liked a little more bitterness or a hint of acidity at the end. Interesting.
