375ml can from BWS, Lane Cove, Sydney. Poured a murky medium amber colour with a shiort-lived, frothy white head. The aroma is grainy, light woody hops. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a light, crisp, herbal, light toffee, light hop bitter palate. Medium to light bodied with average carbonation.

Light bodied, relatively low-alcohol IPA with a satisfying grassy, piney citrus taste. Some nice caramel aromas as well.

Can. Opaque toffee amber colour. Some pine in nose. A bit of a mess at style level. Wear coast meets English IPA, with more malt than expected for former, and too fruity for latter.

(Can) Pours hazy amber with small white head. Pleasant aroma of pine with toffee hints. Nice palate - medium body with bright carbonation. Nicely balanced hoppy IPA - there’s some pleasant gentle tartness, some light toffee malt sweetness and some good hoppy bitterness. For me there is not much evolution through the palate until the finish when the bitterness alone stays on. Nice IPA

375ml can into glass. From BWS, Brighton-Le-Sands. Hazy amber beer with a foamy white head. Medium carbonation. Nose of pine and caramel. Sharply bitter at first. Finish is lingeringly bitter with caramel undertones. Solid IPA, old-style.

Can. Clear amber with a frothy white head. Aroma of orange, some bread, some light but pleasant tropical notes. Pretty light bodied but clean with enough bread crust to support fruity hops. Even a little resin creeping in at the moderately bitter finish. For a pretend brand made for Dan’s/ Woolies this was way above expectations.
