Bottle. Clear yellow with a good inch of white head that lasts well. Aroma of lemon fluff, crackers, apricots and their stones, orange peel, pepper. Very light bodied, high carbonation. First a little lick of sourness then a rush of zesty citrus flavours, then softer and mildly funky crackers before a slightly bitter and even more slightly peppered oaky finish. I really liked the flavours and at first the balance but after a while (150ml) found that it lacked sufficient body to carry the breadth of flavours.
