Loads of banana. Plenty of hops but they don't overwhelm the bet like happens with a lot of American style weizens.

Bottle from the advent box. Takes a bit to rouse the yeast but it's a cloudy amber with a white head that settles in quickish time to a fat coat. Yes, very bready aroma with some lemon and spices. But not all that bready on the palate. Not as soft as it might be and a bit clove heavy at the end but refreshing and does have that fresh bread character - perhaps there's some rye amongst the loaves. A touch of berries is unusual and nice. Liked it better as it warmed to around 10C.
