375ml bottle shared with Mark whilst brewing a Biscoff Belgian Christmas Dark Ale. Hazed golden yellow appearance, good white head. Nice artwork on the label too. Good harmonious cascade fruit working well with the wild nature of the beer with lovely additional sweet yeasty shades alongside a light spiky bitterness. Nicely presented hoppy wild beer, very refreshing.

Medium light golden color. Quick diasspaiting Head. Bright Citrus, lemon hay, barnyard with funky yeasty nose with modest sourness. Sour palate with bright hop character underneath lots of barnyard, but yeastiness isn’t as pronounced. Very clean, medium body. Sour lemons, citrus and a touch of yeast lingers. Pretty nice stuff but nothing about it really goes wow, this is amazing. Still very good After I put the yeast in the bottom to top up my glass I got some nice musty Muscat character that added a nice depth.
