22/2/2020. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours red brown with a short lasting bubbly off-white head. Aroma of citrus, wood, tart berries and cherries, dried fruits, biscuit with slight shredded marmalade. Light sweetness and medium tartness and a salty edge. Good!

Slightlynhazy apple crumble and oak in nose. Tart cherry apples. Well balanced. Low carbonation. Nice stuff

375ml bottle from Beer Zoo. Deep amber red colour, thin beige foam head and aroma of wood barrel, citric, red wine. Taste is sour, tart, pale malt, citric rind with barrel aged, woody notes. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry sour finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle @ danlo tasting. #100 Durham tick! Small head with short duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are red wine, wood, lactose acid, citrus, fruits, malt and hops. Nice long sour finish.
