Poured from 473mL can (from Jonny; canned 03/01/2022). Slightly hazed gold with small white head. Lacto, a bit old, some tropical notes, meh.

Quite pale, with a little bit of haze. Not much head. Some stone fruit, but it's quite yoghurty, which is not my ideal sour beer character. --- Beer aliased from original tick of Wild Sour on 10 Sep 2018 at 01:45 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7. Original review text: Cloudy, thick head, has a clean lactic note, light fruit. Ok tart fruit. Good body. Not bad...a touch to the yeasty side but that’s it.

Bottle sample at Farmhouse Fest 2022, pours a cloudy bright yellow with a small white head. Aroma is full of yogurty notes, with a touch of bugginess. Flavour is a yogurty lacto bomb, with lots of yogurt and little else. Is this supposed to be a wild beer? Apparently it is. Not impressive. --- Beer aliased from original tick of Wild Sour on 30 May 2019 at 07:43 - Score: Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7. Original review text: On tap at Dandy, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of lacto upfront, with tart fruits and yogurty notes. Flavour is quite bright, with lacto, some tart stone fruits, and biscuity malt. Dry and bright. Good stuff.

Can. Gold - clear until the last little bit (one of the few problems with cans) - with a white head that doesn't last that well. Aroma of tropical fruit, lemons on the turn, some boot polish, white wine. 7+ Some fruity sweetness as ell as moderate sourness. No particular finish. Refreshing, tangy and vinous. Perhaps a little strong for what it offers but a solid drinker.

On tap. Pours a hazy gold-yellow with a medium, creamy, long lasting, white head that leaves curtains of lace. Aroma of grainy pale malt, funky yeast, white wine, lacto, lemon, vinegar and musty hops. Sweet flavour of grainy pale malt, lemon, white grape, lacto and grassy hops in a crisp, dry, sour, acidic finish. Light to medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Decent.

Murky brown amber color. Quickly disappearing head. Modest lactic notes with apricots and grains. Big carbonation, medium-full Body, fairly tart, pretty straightforward. Meh, not bad but not the least bit interesting. --- Beer aliased from original tick of Wild Sour on 20 Jan 2020 at 13:17 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7. Original review text: Hazy golden color. smells like Riesling wine. Semi sweet. Good depth. Odd but nice.

Draft - Fruity and funky soured malts. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Light fruity acidity up front, some passion fruit and a grassy pleasant dry finish. Solid kettle sour.
