very pale golden color. Honey, ginger, wildflower and a small touch of oak. Seminsweet good ginger, balanced, character but overall nice.

Tap at MBCT. It’s crystal clear with a sweet honey mead aroma. The taste is spicy mint chips. Sweet syrupy stuff but it didn’t scream meringue to me. 3.9
