This modern West Coast IPA was brewed using 9 different juicy American hops including the star of the show X06277.
Huge fruity hop aroma, strong tropical flavours and balanced bitterness make for a taste sensation that is out of this world.

On tap @Mad for Beer (Rome). Dorata, abbastanza limpida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso note di limone, detergente per piatti, verdura cotta. In bocca è dolce all'attacco con amaro un po' fiacco. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. No.

Hazy yellowish gold beer, small white head. Palate is light and fairly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Thin malts, mildly sweet. Bottle gives the impression this is a single hop IPA but there is 9 fecking hops here! And this hop is more commonly known as Denali, except that’s now changed to Sultana! Jesus! A bit of a citric melange here, mild pine, touch of Denali pineapple here or Sultana pineapple (wot a feckin stupid name for a hop). Mild hop spice. A little cooling pine. Light finish. Not bad, the malt base is a little thin for me and if you’re going to showcase a hop, mebbe don’t add 8 others!
