This collaborative sour is a blend of golden sour beers aged in oak barrels selected with friends from Side Project Brewing. Refermented with fresh Summer Sweet white peaches and Viking Pearl white nectarines from Blossom Bluff Orchards, Avec des Amis is bold with fresh juicy peach character and a tart nectarine finish.

Fajowe te owoce, bardziej w strone tych amerykanckich kwasow niz lambikow, wiec mi profil dzikosci mniej pasuje, ale calosc slicznie zlozona, chlalna, nieprzegieta, zero octu. Level bdb lambiczkow. A do tego mocno chlalne i wcale nie jakos na kosc wytrawn

Nice and sweet peach funk, I bet it's even better in 5 minutes when it's an additional year old.

Slightly hazy translucent golden color. Excellent soft peaches and nectarines in the nose with modest oak and good balance with sweetness. Very low carbonation, excellent fruit character in the finish. Slight warming finish. Very very nice

Draft. Golden beer with a cream head. Light sour and light peach aroma. Light sour and light peach flavor. Medium bodied. Light sour and light peach linger.

Tap. Pours lightly hazy golden, small white head, minimal lacing. Aroma ia full of unripe peach, nectarine, oak, bugs, lemon, peach skin. Flavor is light tart, light funk, hella unripe peach skin. Medium body, low carbonation.

A lightly hazed blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with nice resinous notes, grapeskins, light acidity, plum, nice. In mouth, a sweet peach and plum mix with light acidity, Epsom and lactic notes. On tap at City Beer Store. 7-3-8-3-14
