Black with a brown head - Dark malt and wood aroma - Dark malt body with some roasted notes and some wood and dark fruity tones with alcohol heat - The dark malt wood and alcohol goes into the finish - This was good

Bottle. Dark brown almost black body with a small tan head. Very nice, strong aroma of dark, roasted malt, chocolate, wood, dry fruit and Cognac. Nice taste as well, sweet, dark roasted malt, chocolate, dry fruit, wood, vanilla warming, close to boozy Cognac bot on the pleasant side. Perfectly balanced body and long-lasting aftertaste of sweet, dark malt and warming Cognac. Perhaps a bit on the boozy side in the aftertaste, still very nice.

Pitch black color. No head. Caramel, fudge, cognac, dark chocolate boozy nose. Sweet. Very low carbonation. I had a third of a sample glass and that was plenty. Warming finish. Ok
