スタイルの特徴を忠実に守り、ミューニックと呼ばれるミュンヘンで生まれたモルトをたっぷりと使い、麦芽のふんわりとした香ばしい風味を引き出しています。
カラメルモルトは使用していませんので、決して甘くなくドリンカビリティの高い仕上がりです。本場オクトーバーフェストではマースと呼ばれる1リットルのジョッキで飲まれるビールですので、ドリンカビリティが重要な訳です。

medium amber color. Very well balanced with nice hop character over bready and caramel semi sweet backbone. Tap at Bungalow. Orange-gold with a thick off-white head and a breadybtreshlynmilled grain aroma with herbal hop accents. Quite full bodied and soft with an earthy flavor. The finish fearures herbal hops, and it’s not as sweet as I expected. The beer is semi-dry and crisp. This beer is very quaffable and grew on me, I loved the soft mouthfeel and texture while the taste is subtly enchanting. If your a fan of this style this is one to seek out I think...
