Takeaway squealer. Hazy straw colour. Lemon on nose. Lovely funkiness with some hoppiness lingering.

Draught @ Mikkeller Bar Stockholm. Pours clear golden with a small frothy offwhite head that leaves some thick lacing on the glass while dissipating. Smell is slightly fruity, tiny estery and tiny phenolic with crackers, grapefruit juice, mango, pears, white grapes, moist grass, pine needles and lemon zest. Taste is slightly bitter, fruity and tiny phenolic with crackers, grapefruit juice, mango, pears, moist grass, pine needles, white pepper corns, grape skins and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is sparkling, dry, slightly astringent, very tiny tart and light to medium bodied. Finish is slightly bitter with crackers, grapefruit juice, unripe tropical fruits, moist grass, pine needles, white peppercorns, grapefruit rinds, grape skins and lemon zest. Solid beer... Prominent fruity dank hops, dry and with light esters and phenols from the yeast. Wish it was fresher...

slightly opalescent golden colour, huge, stable white head; aroma of bread, herbal and earthy-yeasty, as well aas animal notes, some slight citruses and maybe some fruitiness, too; taste of well-balanced hoppy bitterness and malty sweetness with citrusy-yeasty notes, some fruitiness and hints of medicinal notes;excellent saison

Sampled draft @ Delirium Hoppy Loft. Light amber, little white head only on the sides. Smell is candy & sweetish hops. Taste is mix of bitter hops, sweet candy, white sugar, yeast,… Thick candy body. Okay but how is this farmhouse? There is no funk or anything & nothing about sweetish candy screams farmhouse to me.
