Light amber color. Quick disappearing head. Stonefruit, celery and torrified wheat in the nose. Sharp bitterness hits the palate but not a lot of body and way too hop forward. Bitterness envelopes the mouth but not much depth. Pretty simple straight forward ipa and these guys can do better

Shimane Beer It’s Fate IPA 6% A clear copper color with a light beige head that left a nice cling of foam around the rim of the glass. The aroma is bright citrus with mild pine underneath. Nice solid West Coast IPA aroma. Medium bodied, raspy mouthfeel with a taste that starts off woodsy herbal mint and pine but then gives a brief hit of sweet fruits before veering back to classic IPA bitterness. A fun beer.
