On tap at 4 Pines brewpub, Manly. Pours a pale yellow with a dissapating head. High champagne carbonation. Nose is pickles, nice! Sharp, refreshing, a little zing. The pickle is obvious but not overpowering. Some background malt and a little balancing sourness and, hey presto! Great beer, probably brilliant with burger and chips.

light hazy golden color. Tart, phenolic, citrusy, light nose and yeah a bit of pickle juice. It does actually taste like pickle juice. Very dry, light low hops. Interesting.
