(Can) Stunning looking beer - clear crimson with good pink head. Lovely aroma of raspberries with other berries and a yoghurt hint. Medium body with plenty of soft carbonation giving a great mouthfeel. Lovely taste too. Intense but so well balanced. It’s nicely sour and there’s dominant fruit, mainly raspberries. Behind this there’s more going on rather subtly. There’s hints of yoghurt, bread, funk, pepper, bubblegum. Very enjoyable.

Brilliant pink purple color with light pink head. Off sweet fresh raspberry nose with slight tartness. Really nice fruit character, lively carbonation, modestly tart with quick dry finish. The raspberries are really well integrated. Nice stuff. Loses a touch as I thought it just finished too quick.

On keg at the taproom. Pours vibrant pinky red, with a light pink head. Aroma of light acidity, cherries, raspberries, jam. Taste is dry, light to moderate tart raspberries, cherries, bitter lemon, hints of farmhouse. Light bodied with spritzy carb. Dry, woody, fruity finish. It’s a decent fruity kettle sour

Pint on tap at the brewery. Light red in colour, thin pink head. Sour, dry, fruity. Nice, refreshing, bit zingy.
