Cloudy yellow, medium strong non lasting but quite foamy head. Floaters all round. Aroma of yeast, some funky barnyard and sulphur. Taste is low sweet barnyard, funky yet sulphury yeast, peppery chlorophenols, very dry finish, medium to strong bitterness. Light to medium bodied, medium carbonation. While not a bitter, could be a dead bottle.

On tap, 4.1 % abv, at Haandbryggeriet Beer Festival 2015. Shared with Finn. Pale golden body, filmy layer. Herbal hops on the nose, some citric hints. Spiced citrus taste with yeasty fruitiness. Modest touch of bitter citrus peels to the ending. Easy to drink and pretty good (Drammen 30.05.2015).

330ml bottle from Saveur-Biere.com. Pours murky gold with over-exuberant head. Taste is herbal, bitter, dry, vague citrus.. lots going on but the over-carbonated kinda gets in the way of enjoying this.

Thanks heavy! Bitter? Umm, no? While not a gusher, the lemony yellow body shows up only after some time underneath the enormous white head that thankfully doesn’t stick around forever, though long enough. Taste? Bitterish, slightly funky/yeasty, pine, citrus, grapeseed bitterness. Good body for the 4%. Very interesting, drinkable ale!

Bottle. It pours a lightly hazy body, golden in color and with a small, white head. The aroma is lovely, with bretty character. Citrus peel, peaches, canned pineapple, orange notes and some pale malts and some bubblegum. It’s quite thin on the palate, not watery though, with a pleasant carbonation level. Rather dry. Lasting fruity finish. Deliciously quenching, and easy drinkable. 150314

Bottled 330ml. -from Vrutak Zagreb. Yellow/golden coloured, medium to big airy white head, mild fruity nose. Malty, grassy, herbal hoppy (quite bitter), notes of fruits and grapefruity finish. Pretty strong carbonation. Intensive and long-lasting bitter aftertaste.

A modest gusher. Very hazy pale gold beer, dry pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry and crisp. Good dose of brett, light floralness and very mild fruits. Light airy finish. Bretty linger. Simple but approachable and drinkable.
