Can from Bine & Vine. Pours viscously black with a dark tan smear. Aroma is good, strong coffee with something like a chili note. Med body or perhaps a bit better. It's very strong coffee; moderately dark treacle; despite the malt the coffee seems to render it bitter. What I though was chili apparently has to do with the coffee. 14% - not a hint for me. I'm getting a bit of chocolate in the finish. Very little. This is fairly tasty, but the coffee is so dominant it's almost a one note. Can notes IBU as 75 - coffee alone could account for that. Strong flavors! Or flavor.

pours pitch black color. Big intense rich cold pressed coffee nose. Not the usual coffee imperial stout. Medium full body with continuing intenseness but a bit simple. That said alcohol well hidden. A bit warming finish. Slightly sweet but not cloying. Well made but lacks complexity

Can. Pours opaque black, medium creamy tan head, dissipates fairly slowly, good lacing. Aroma is dark roast, coffee, molasses, a sharp note not unlike vinyl. Flavor is light sweet, fully bitter, molasses and a hint of vinyl, coffee, tanned leather. Medium plus body, somewhat sharp. This was called an imperial coffee stout on the can, FWIW.
