33 cl. bottle @ home. Procured from Het Natuurhuis. BBF04/11/2015. Normal price for a bio-beer. Light peach orange, fluffy egg-white head. Nose is white sugar sweet with estery BE yeast mixed with sweet white bread & slightly fermenting peaches. Also getting faint yoghurt in the nose but this is not a flaw, smells like this is coming from the yeast. Taste is very estery Belgian, touch yoghurt yeast, sweet white bread, fermenting peaches, white sugar, lots of yeast here, finish is light hay & esters. Quite yeasty body, touch higher carb. Standard fare but still slightly interesting.

Bottle shared @ my birthday party. Hazy yellow color, small white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, lightly yeast, brett, slightly bitter, a slight touch of citrus. Medium body and carbonation. Not bad at all.

33cl bottle bought at Bio Shop in Midi station as a 6.8%.

12/10/2011 33cl bottle @ Tuin van Eten - no date on bottle (2011-554)
Little cloudy orange beer, big frothy off-white head, pretty stable, little adhesive. Aroma: sweet malty, bit pepper, citrus, honey. MF: good carbon, full body, creamy texture. Taste: citrus fruits, sweet malts, somewhat sugary, tangerines, turning to grapefruit. Aftertaste: nice crisp hop bitter with citrus touches, bit sweet, heavy on the alcohol warming the throat.

Hazy golden beer with slight orange highlights; huge, just off-whtie head. Spicey nose, mustard seed powder, white candi sugar, coriander. Bit caramelly, sweetish taste. Some sulphury component, coleslaw. Medium bodied, alcohol perceptible. Dull version of Dikke Mathile - or Zottegemse Grand Cru?
