(bottle, 33cl) Cloudy, orange-golden colour with a mid-sized off-white foamy head. Yeasty and phenolic spicy aroma with malty notes, backed by fruity and delicately resiny hops, including notes of citrus, grapefruit and apricot. Bitter and delicately sweet flavour, light bodied with a slightly crisp carbonation. Yeasty, mildly malty base with drying and bittering spicy hops and a mildly fruity touch; bitter hoppy and spicy finish with slightly fruity spots. Likeable. 22.XII.14

330 ml bottle. Pours a hazy golden with a small off-white head that laces. Citrus aroma with some grass and pine. Sweet citrus flavour with grass, pine, resin and a mild, dry, bitter, hoppy finish. Light to medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. A pleasant surprise.

Bouteille (kindly delivered by Jonas!):Golden, cloudy, big rocky and lacy off-white head; moderate to solid citrussy and herbal-hoppy nose with a faint phenolic touch; mild to moderate dryish bitter flavour, subdued sweetness still detectable, light bodied, pretty soft; lingering and mild bitter hoppy finish, some balancing pale malt shows up. Yes, yes…

Cloudy tan, thin head. Aroma is fruity, bit of lighter orchard fruits, bit of tropical as well. Some yeast noted in the aroma. High carbonation level. Taste is yeasty and some citrusy/orchard hop. Mellow malts, mostly just yeastiness. Just enough bitterness - mid 20s I would say, a dash below most ISAs. Definitely needs to be cleaner.
