olden amber color. Cotton candy, apples, pears, tangerines, amazing nose. Big hoppy mouth lots of pine and tangerines. Med full body, but really well balanced. A touch of earthiness. Crystal malt. Amazingly well put together. Beautiful.

Draught @ Pizza Port, Carlsbad, CA
Pours deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, citrus, grape, orange and alcohol. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long warm, caramel and citrus finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

On tap at the Carlsbad brewpub. A lightly hazy golden beer with a small off-white head. The aroma feels a bit sweet, but there’s enough pine cones to deal with it. Some peaches too. Medium body, dry, nice carbonation. Lots of hops in the flavor too, giving a good bitterness. Long finish. Yet another lovely hoppy one. 130813

Pint at Bressi. Pours with a clear golden hued body with a retentive white head. Aromas are of grassy, citrusy and mango tropical fruit like hops with a strong floral character. Medium alcohol, low malt. Flavors are dry, alcoholic, fruity, tangerine and low malt. Medium bitterness. Perfect balance as is expected. Lively carbonation, dry and very West Coast.

On tap at Craft Beer Base in Osaka, imported especially for their 1 year anniversary event. It poured a clear gold with a thick head of foam that needed awhile to settle. It had a nice pine aroma & a great crisp floral hop flavor. Sweet, bitter & delicious. An easy drinking 8.8% IPA~!
