On tap at Emelisse Bierfestival 2010. Decent brew but could use a little more. It has a bit weak taste and smell.

Sehr starke Karbonisierung, ansonsten herb und trocken. Essigsauer, so dass sich alles im Mund zusammenzieht. Wenig hopfig, klar austauschbar. 8/9/8/8/?/9

On tap at Emelisse Oktoberfest. Light hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma is light spicy, yeast, flowery, pale malts, some straw. Flavour is bitter, cologne, flowery, light sweet and light fruity, dry hoppy bitter finish. Light to medium bodied. A bit too bitter imo.

Irregular, medium-thick white head, fed by very lively carbonation from hazy golden beer. End of bottle UFO’ed. Grapey hopsnose, white candi sugar? Some straw, honey and dusty hopbales. Nice, and quite American. Very dry, slightly (US?)hops flavour, near definitely w.c.s., a tad mouldy in a nice way, sunflower seeds, mustard powder - dry-spicy. Mandarine peel in the finish. Both creamy and fizzy MF. Slick, and just somewhere halfway between the Duvel and the Westmalle Tripel direction. This is a Belgian interpretation of an IPA. With the exception of Houblon Chouffe, probably the best as well.

bottle, pours hazy light orange with a thin white head. Heavy hop aroma with a hint of citrus skins. Light malt, some dough, and a sweet lemon flavor halts with a heavy dose of hop bitterness. Nice and dry in the finish, crisp mouthfeel. This is a nice light and hoppy beer.
