Bottled in 2000. Acicic caramel aroma with oak. Sweet with a good deal of sourness, with caramel, oak and cherry. Dry, somewhat alcoholic mouthfeel. Just a bit of mocha. Amazingly complex, rougher and more sourness than a Liefmans Goudenband.
