This autumn selection is made with 100% Munich malt and 75 lbs. of fresh, green hops. A rich malty body is perfectly balanced by a substantial presence of hop bitterness and flavor. Dry-hopped twice for your drinking pleasure.

Can thanks to Vin! Pours hazy copper, large beige head, creamy and long lasting, nice lacing. Aroma is roasty Bready caramel malts, pine. Flavor is medium sweet, fully bitter, roasty and piney. Full boost, creamy mouthfeel. Different. I would call this a brown IPA, never an APA.

09–on tap-pours a retaining light tan head that laces and hazy copper color. Aroma is sweet citrus/pine, secondary medium malt. Taste is equal but unbalanced peat, medium malt, sweet citruspine/herbal hops with some bite. Comes across as a red crossed with a Scottish ale.

A reddish brown ale with a thin moka coffee lacing head. Aroma is pungeant, with nutty roastiness. In mouth, a fresh balanced light malt with sustained nutty bitterness. Spot to style. On tap at brewery 13 Oct. 2008.
