175mL pour at the brewery. Pours clear pale gold with a white head. Damp straw and pale malts on the nose. Flavour has straw, spicy dried grass, and grainy malts. Crisp finish. Nice.

Poured from side pull tap. Clear gold with small white head. Fairly mild Bready malt with some grass hops. A decent Czech pils for Vancouver standards.

Draught @ Curious Cafe. Golden with a slight haze. Thin head. Fruity aroma, moderate bitterness. Saaz. The malts are okay, maybe a bit heavy. A touch husky in the finish. Good go at a Czech pils, I'm glad they're taking it seriously.

Has very good foam on a nice deep coppery gold body, smells of good pungent grain, some soft lager hops. Flavour is nice cereal, pungent and funky in all the right ways. Mouthfeel is crisp, chalky, with some lingering sweetness. This is very nice, matches the style perfectly, a pleasure to drink.

Can from Firefly, Vancouver
Golden colour, clean, fine bubbles. It has some nice chewy malts, bread character, light grassy hop, moderate bitterness; I would like to see more hop character (bitterness and aromatics).

Clear gold with a rich off white head. Big grains and cereal. Crisp and clean with a long cereal finish. Touch of spice, quite nice.

473mL can, pours a clear copper with a foamy white head. Aroma is quite crisp, with cereal grains, crisp crackery malt, and a bit of spicy, grassy hops. Flavour is grainy, with lots of spicy notes, an earthy character, and a crusty rye bready base. Not exactly what I expected from a Czech pils, but it's nice for what it is.
